Articulation is delighted to be working with Imaginate to offer five of our members a delegate experience at the Edinburgh International Children’s Festival 2026.

The Edinburgh International Children’s Festival will take place from 30 May to 7 June 2026. The Festival brings together programmers, producers and artists to see and discuss high-quality work, discover new talents and network with peers from all over the world. As well as 15 international productions, the Festival includes a special events programme for all registered delegates.
Articulation is delighted to be working with Imaginate to offer five of our members a delegate experience at this year’s festival. This is a unique chance to immerse yourself in world-class performance, connect with international programmers, and explore the thriving landscape of work for young audiences.
What’s Included?
Selected members will receive a comprehensive delegate package for Friday 5 June.
- Three Performance Tickets: Access to a curated selection of festival highlights (see below)
- Full Delegate Registration: Access to delegate-only events, artist sharings, talks, and social events.
- Resources: A copy of the Festival delegate manual, the full delegate list, and one-month access to recordings of all delegate sessions.
- Delegate Dinner: An evening of networking and reflection at the Traverse Theatre Bar (19.30 – 21.30)

How to apply
This offer is open to five Articulation members. Articulation is committed to supporting a diverse range of voices and we actively encourage applications from practitioners at every stage of their career. We have dedicated spaces available to support early career and emerging artists.
Deadline: To be considered, please submit a brief Expression of Interest (EOI) to admin@articulation.scot by Friday 24 April 2026.
Your EOI should be a short paragraph (maximum 250 words) outlining what interests you about Edinburgh International Children’s Festival and how attending as a delegate would benefit your practice or professional development.
