All or Nothing, Scotland’s leading aerial dance company, is seeking to appoint a new Chair of the Board of Trustees to support the development and governance of the organisation from 2027. All or Nothing Aerial Dance Theatre is Scotland’s leading aerial dance company. We have been creating exhilarating performances, enriching participation and leading the development of aerial arts in Scotland for 20 years.

The role offers an opportunity for someone to support the delivery of our ambitious plans in an exciting time in our development. Having recently secured long-term funding from Creative Scotland, we are in the midst of expanding and growing our artistic work, our audiences and our participants as well as strengthening the organisation’s governance and structure. We’re looking for someone that shares our passion for creating performance and creative opportunities and can bring strategic leadership experience to support the charity. The role is voluntary; reasonable expenses will be reimbursed.
